The coolers are leaking so they just put down cardboard, which has just molded and made the problem worse. The mold burns your sinuses. Gross!

Not very friendly unless you know them. Seems like things are half done. But overall they seem to have a good community forming.
Places smelled so bad we had to leave...like sewage...was horrible
