My husband went early this morning to get a couple dozen donuts for the kiddos for Valentine’s Day. He said the place was packed and he waited in line like everyone else. When it was his turn to order, he said he wanted 6 sprinkles with the white icing. There were only 4 left and the woman behind the counter complained and said she didn’t want to give them all to him because there was a regular that would be coming in later and that’s what they always get. I’m sorry, the product was in the case to be sold. There was no ‘not for sale’ sign near any specific donut, they appeared to all be for sale. I think it’s wild that we are told what we can and cannot purchase, because someone later in the day, may have wanted what we selected. I’ve never in my life dealt with something like this. It’s not the first time we’ve been treated unkindly at this location. We do return because we do love the donuts. I just wish we could purchase what we want, when we want, and not have to worry about ‘Joe the Regular’ becoming upset because we bought the last sprinkle. Early bird gets the worm, right?

Stopped in today and the guy literally rolled his eyes when i walked up because he was smoking a cigarette at the doorway and had to stop. Then was like, hostile and rude to me. Completely insane. The donuts were delicious.

Seems to fall off a little more each time I go back. The cream, custard, and jelly filled donuts just aren't the same. Ever since they decided to do them with the filling machines at the counter as they are ordered. I actually asked for extra filling in my order this morning because they are always so under filled. I suppose they thought maybe I meant less filling? See added photo for laugh.
