Placed an order online. I wanted the BBQ Hawaiian and didn’t realize until after I submitted that I got the one without BBQ sauce. I called and even though they started the order they wanted it to be right so they corrected it for me. Great service!!! Love the pizza!! 🍕

The guy at the front—skinny, wearing glasses, no name tag, and with a beard—had a serious attitude problem. I asked him why my online order wasn’t ready after about 20 minutes, and instead of calmly explaining, he raised his voice and rudely told me they have to follow online timing. I understand policies, but there’s no reason to be disrespectful. I’ll take my business elsewhere next time.
This has happened many times and just tired of it. You pay .75 almost a dollar for these already small containers of marinara all so the employees can put a drop of it at the bottom. Its outragous its a scam its theft. Im tired of it the price is already crazy and then you do that. Ordered teo of them this time sometimes i order like 7-8 with a larger order more people and it adds to the bill. Do better papa johns.

Placed an order, was told to pick it up in 15 minutes. Waited 17, then stood in the store for another 15 minutes waiting for them to get done. It was pretty busy, and they were friendly enough. Just wish the website would have said it would be half an hour.

Ordered at 7:20 Friday night. Pizza and wings. I was told about 45 mins. OK. 1 hour I called to check status, it is being prepared. OK. Called to check status at 1 hour 15 mins, order being prepared. OK. Called at 1 1/2 hours, order being prepared. I understand friday night busy, tell me 1 hour, or hour and 1/2. Called back to talk to employee to get eta. I was told Doordash will be here at 9:01 to pick up your order. No thanks, cancel order. I've seen doordash videos, and what they do to food. 1/2 hour later I get a nasty text from Doordash driver. Never order papa John's again.
