Ordered at 7:20 Friday night. Pizza and wings. I was told about 45 mins. OK. 1 hour I called to check status, it is being prepared. OK. Called to check status at 1 hour 15 mins, order being prepared. OK. Called at 1 1/2 hours, order being prepared. I understand friday night busy, tell me 1 hour, or hour and 1/2. Called back to talk to employee to get eta. I was told Doordash will be here at 9:01 to pick up your order. No thanks, cancel order. I've seen doordash videos, and what they do to food. 1/2 hour later I get a nasty text from Doordash driver. Never order papa John's again.

Blames everything on corporate...but can't make a pizza in an hour and a half. Just avoid. Had to get the 800 number to refund my money. Ingredients better? Maybe? Wouldn't know because the staff is rude and arrogant and can't make pizza. Worthless.

Trash pure trash ass place every-time I have ordered from here the order is completely wrong and not what I order. There has been bugs in my food and the service is always trash. They never pay attention to the orders or details

Placed an online order about an hour before they closed, they accepted the order, and then never made the food. Tried to call, they picked up the phone and then immediately hung up. I don't recommend this location at all

Definitely Trash spot, super dirty! the man with muse-trash wiping his nose with his hand, its the same hand he flattening the dough on! its the most gross place i even seen.manager bearded and they don't even wash their faces you can tell they came out of bed to works! got from the car with food start eat no wash before or ofter moved to the prep table! was very trashy, nasty

I preordered early morning for a pizza and wings at 12:30pm. Order was an hour and 15 minutes late. When I called the guys seemed to not care about it being late. Pizza showed up cold, wrong dipping sauce and barely any sauce on the wings. I do not recommend this Papa John’s location.
I don't enjoy the fact that pizza places use other services sometimes to deliver food. Other than that I give this place solid ratings. They are one of the best pizza joints to eat at or get food delivered from. They always have some great specials and never forget to add new items every month to the menu.
I have ordered twice within the last 2 weeks. Papa John’s is a family favorite and our go to pizza but that will be changing. My order has taken 2 hours each time. Last time the pizza wasn’t done at least until it was ready to be delivered. This time when we finally got the pizza it wasn’t hot and we could tell it sat for a long time. When I call all I get is we’re sorry and we keep it warm. Over it.

Ordered The Works pizza last night. My husband picked it up. As you can see, it has hardly any toppings. While he was waiting, he watched the staff taking a break. He noticed that when they returned to work, they did not wash their hands. The manager was bearded, and it was not covered by a hairnet. Yuk! This used to be a good restaurant. What happened?! Next time, we'll make a short trip to Franklin to the Papa John's there. I always had good luck there. I won't eat food from a filthy restaurant
