Penn Station East Coast Subs

I used to go to this Penn station quite a lot but today I decided to go which is February the 24th 2026 well anyway I ordered three large subs and one small sub well the fries and three large fries The fries were burnt and the subs oh my gosh it was like they poured water juice or something on them they were soggy and it didn't taste pleasant so I don't understand what's going on but Maria drive I always thought was good but now my thoughts goodbye

Slowest bunch of teenagers I’ve ever seen running this place. Consistently takes 45 mins to an hour to get your food through the drive thru. Obvious mismanagement. Do better!

Was going to eat inside till I went to get condiments and gnat's was flying all over everything.

Flies flying around everywhere. We spent more time trying to swat them away than eating, even swapped seats and that didn’t help.

I was just in there a heavy light skin girl with real long blades leaned up against counter and her hair was rubbing all over counters egrets food is prepared

This place isn't going downhill, it's already down to the bottom.
First of all the place hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in awhile, floors were sticky and walls are are dirty. While waiting to order the cook/cashier was more concerned about her personal phone call than making sure orders were being fulfilled quickly. We waited at least 30 minutes for our to go order. The subs weren't bad but not the best I've had from this Penn Station, we ordered medium fries but got a small. I don't recommend going here anymore until management can actually properly manage this place.

Would not recommend this place. I will go out of my way from now on. My daughter in law ordered online and it was supposed to be ready by a certain time. I waited an extra 20 minutes before I asked when my order was done. The manager than treated me like a 2 year old telling me to calm it down that they got busy. I than asked her for her name she than turns her back at me and ignored me. I didn’t have an attitude towards them. I shouldn’t have been treated like that.

Food was tasty, I've eaten there three times in the last two weeks, each time the staff has been awesome! Would have gave a five, btw that's a soft 4 because of the ridiculous problem with the flies each time I've been there, can't blame that on the staff!

Sub was delicious. Fries were horrible. Also, I wished I knew about the monthly special BEFORE I ordered. I paid more for the same sub then I would of got for the special. I also would of got a drink.

The food tasted decent, but the restaurant was dirty. There were flies. No napkins. They gave our order to another table, this customer took it back to them and explained it wasn’t theirs. Then they brought us the same food :-( . Also, there was a dispute while we were there between the manager and another customer. A lot of yelling back-and-forth, which included cursing from the employees, in front of my family, pretty terrible all around. Will not be back.

This location made my sandwiche great. I came hear for lunch I called my order in and it took a Lil longer but they were busy with the lunch rush that's why I called it in. I love the chicken cordon bleu an the Philly steak with pizza sauce
