For the past year Penn Station on Verity Dr. and Marie Dr. have been shutting down their grills and fryer at least an hour before they close. They tell people who come in 30 minutes - 1 hour that they're closed and not taking any more orders. The one on Marie Dr. takes the phone off the hook starting at 8 pm everyday so they don't have to stay late taking phone orders. Such a disappointment, do better Penn Station!

I have never in my life seem a person move so slow as the young man that was wrapping the sandwiches. I truly belive he was on something. He fell into the counters twice. I stood there 5 minutes just to pay! They had 4-6 sandwiches and 3 people working up front. Don't be going back. The guy that works the grill stood off to the side picking his nose and flinging it to the floor!

Tables needed to be cleaned off the floor all of the floor of the whole restaurant needed to be cleaned went in the bathroom to wash hands after eating. The whole entire place needs to be cleaned very well.... The person that took our order also was very short about customer service. 😞😢😢😢 But I do say one thing the lady that brought the food out to us separately instead of together was polite.

Be aware if you order fries and the two guys that are working there do not tell the person who's running fries you'll get your sandwich cold while she has to make your fries and the one guy said he does that a lot unacceptable

Employees thieves. Then defends them when caught. They like to steal credit card numbers here. Stay away. A burger from a crappy McDonald would serve you better

We love the Philly cheese steak and Reuben from here. We like to eat here a couple times a year. We moved out of state and we don't have one where we live but when we can this is our go to place when we want good sandwiches.

Worst experience ever with a pickup. We ordered an 12 inch Italian to share. Our sandwich had literally very little meat. When we got home, it was flat as a pancake. This is totally unacceptable. There was no more than two slices of meat on the entire sandwich. The last 3 inches had absolutely no meat, It was pure vegetarian.

This will be the very last time we patronize Penn Station on Verity Parkway. I was watching other sandwiches coming off the line while standing at the counter, now in hindsight, noticed similar Portions. They were piling on lettuce to fill the void. I would guess that this is a cost cutting initiative due to cost ingredients. Again, last time we were ever purchase food from this establishment.

This place has gone WAY DOWN HILL. Food is very salty and potatoes aren’t cooked through. Dining area is also dirty.

When you don't like mayo and you order a sandwich that doesn't even co e with mayo and your sandwich is drowned in mayo, definitely won't be back ...... waste of time and money
