Ordered a grilled club wrap with no mayo. There was nothing about this wrap that was grilled. Either the honey mustard was dank and made the fresh vegetables sour or the fresh vegetables were past their prime and made the entire sandwich gross.

Easy to order online, friendly staff, pick up is a breeze. Love that my fries are dropped fresh!Don’t change that. Order is always right, sandwiches are perfectly cooked. The grilled club is awesome and they have one of the better cheesesteaks for a chain.

Depending on how busy they are ALL Penn Stations can go from fair to really horrible. That may depend on location too.Update:Yesterday I ordered a Dagwood east coast style. That’s all I ever order from Penn Station for myself. They rang up my order wrong & refused to fix it. I called the store twice & was hung up on twice once supposedly by the manager who was very rude. He did offer to give me 10% off my next order if I had my receipt. I wanted my order corrected not something in a few weeks. I don’t go to Penn Station but once every month or so. I’m really pretty disgusted over this. I’m diabetic too. I had to eat some of the sandwich because I took my insulin. I told them this too. I guess it’s just a sign of the times. Extra lousy attention to detail as well as lousy customer service. I am not sure if I will ever go back to any Penn Station for their seriously overpriced products!!

Every Penn Station is good. I think we can all agree on this. However, this Penn Station is amazing! The manager at this location is on top of his game. He always has a really good staff.By far the best Penn Station!!

Employees can be a little cleaner there aprons and clothes look horribleParking: I don't dine in too much I'm picky and the dirty clothing literally makes me not want my food I really stop eating here and a couple more restaurantsKid-friendliness: I would take my grands You better have some money cause it adds up quick ? but it's a great place to take your children
