There happened to be a woman set up in a booth right inside the door with a laptop. She appeared to be someone in authority. She was talking very loud, at times talking to employees in the back inside of getting up to go to them. At two times it appeared to have her phone sound off, With her no where around. The ring tone also was very loud and went unanswered. Also made it hard for my friend and I to carry on a conversation at our table on the far corner from her in the restaurant. When finally had had enough of the noisy environment and walked out the door to the parking lot, for mentioned female was standing right outside the door talking on her phone and smoking. My friend had wanted a special pizza offered at pizza hut and we want to sit down at restaurant, which is why we choose this location. I personally will not likely return. I should mention the male that brought us our pizza to the table was very pleasant and helpful. The female who appeared to be a manager of some sort, I feel was very rude to everyone in the place. She appeared to be talking to the employees about their upcoming schedules and how they were going to need to work around football.

Ordered four large pizzas and got 4 6 inch pizzas was charged to $50 called back in to tell them that they messed up on my order and they said that that’s the way I ordered it didn’t even offer me a refund. Oh I’m pissed.will never never order here again I will figure out how to get my money back why would I order 4 small ass pizza and pay 50$ when I can go to little Cesar and get 4 large pizza for 35$ you all need to be put out of business I will also call bbb about this issue

Worst pizza. Not hot, just barely warm. French fries were soggy & limp. I had to put in oven to revive them. The melt was much better. I will not order from Pizza Hut again. Also I ordered pepperoni & onions on pizza. All I got was a few onions. I am on a fixed income and this purchase cost me over $27.00.

We hadn't ate all day got their like at 10pm and Erika attended us very politely and had our order out quickly. I hadn't had pizza hut in quite some years and this experience was very good, I'm sure to come back especially to have Erika attend me. Very beautiful women and very attentive.
We came in after the hot air balloon festival tonight and the cooks did awesome. Everything was correct, fresh, and so tasty! They accommodated our mostly happy but tired kids lol. The girl tonight didn't make us feel rushed with ordering, brought us coloring pages to help us get them to relax, and anything I asked for she didn't make me feel like an inconvenience. We added cinnastix to go and the kitchen staff was on it! The team there tonight did awesome.

I ordered pizza from there my kids are upset the pizza is horrible there is no cheese or tomato sauce on it im very upset because it is almost 10pm an my kids will not eat it at all i dont see how they even let this out the door i order pizza from them but i bet i will not again that 3.9 needs to be redone cuz this aint even pizza i swear marie drive needs to deliver in this area cuz verity pkwy sucks they need to take over
