This review is a reflection of the poorly handled customer service at this Marie Drive location, not Pizza Hut as a whole.Pizza was missing ingredients we paid for. Other ingredients we asked to only have on half the pizza were all over the pizza. Fine, mistakes happen. I call, explain the issue, and they agree to send the right pizza. Had to wait another 45 minutes, and a door dash driver arrives with our pizza. Not sure how they arranged a door dasher to take a messed up order without a ticket or anything. Weird, but we got our pizza, right? Wrong.I get inside open the box and what I see is 8 loose square slices all tossed about inside. Not the Original Pan we ordered. The two missing ingredients are there, but they still put all the ingredients all over the pizza, not half, like we asked. At this point I've lost all faith in their ability to fix this unless I go and talk to them in person.So I drive to the store, with both incorrectly made pizzas in hand. I drop them on the counter and explain that they still messed up. The girl in charge tell me it's not messed up, I'm wrong, and they are running out of everything blah, blah. I'm wasn't going to sit here there and argue with her, so I let them have their pizzas back, got my money back, and I WONT BE BACK. Maybe S*** hit the fan tonight for them, that's not an excuse for your customer service to be so lackluster.

Delivery order was like 40 min late.I called the store and they said they only had one driver. That driver had multiple orders. ( Which would explain the cold food) food was cold. Not fresh. And I guess as an extra special treat, they forgot my Starry 2 liter.44 dollars wasted...

I was in to pick up an order, there was 1 person trying to do everything all the while the girl was outside talking to her boyfriend/husband/baby daddy. She walked in holding a newborn baby took it to the back where another employee had been hiding out with yet another kid. I heard the little boy then suddenly he came running around the corner by the oven barefoot as they tried to get him to go sit back down. Please tell me why you have a boy who looks like he may be 2 yrs old barefoot in a pizza place as well as a newborn and you are suppose to be working. After waiting for over 20 mins the gentleman finally got my order to me

I ordered via Pizza Hut website. Delivery came via Doordash. Please be more transparent and let us know this, because I'm under the impression now that I paid for extra fees for a doordash delivery. Not only that, a random person has my number that doesn't work for Pizza Hut. That's WHY I don't use doordash! Pizza wasn't even hot by the time I got it, was undercooked and the driver wasn't even "Mia" according to text message alerts, it was her husband.

Why give me the chance to include instructions if you won't follow them? I've asked for parmesan cheese packets three times and been failed in all three cases. An order or two ago, I didn't even get my drinks. Please give more care and read delivery orders if you don't intend to pick up the phone.

Don’t waste your time here. First off they screwed up our order and we ending up paying for an extra pizza. They totally have forgotten how to make a pan pizza, undercooked and No flavor (used to be buttery, flavorful and thick) no rise to the dough. The only pizza that tasted good was a thin crust which we didnt order. Won’t be back.
