Was fast like rallys supposed to be. She wasn't rude or nothing but the food was 🤮. Cold cold burgers like not even been sitting in a warmer cold. Cheesecake thing was good tho.

Went in there today placed an order all four sandwiches were wrong went back in the manager Taylor took and scrape the cheese off of the chicken and put them back in the bin and then remade my sandwiches wrong again I asked her to remake them correct which was just plain don't know why they couldn't get that and she threw a fit at me and then when I asked to speak to the manager and ask for the general manager's name she told me I didn't need it and then gave it to me and then slam the window in my face. Called up there and spoke with the general manager Nicole and was told she was sorry that there was a new guy working but the new guy was working the window and got my order correct she had no concern about her manager taking food that was handled by customers and putting it back into the bin and repurposing it for other customers. I have called the health department hopefully they get a healthier and cleaner staff working up there.

Was super quick and whole order was completely right! The drive thru woman was very nice and was attentive. The food was AMAZING! the chicken sandwich, BBQ brisket sandwich and chicken tenders were cooked so well and it was the best rally’s I’ve had in a long time! 💕💕

Has come such a long way in the last 6 months! You can tell theres a new crew in there. Every one is so friendly and for hot fresh food, the wait isnt long at all. Those fries are THE BEST !!! Gotta give em a try! Highly recommend those Monsterella cheese sticks too! YUM!
Placed order through the app and arrived at the restaurant. Parking lot and both drive thru lanes are completely empty, one specifically marked for mobile orders is on the left side of the building. I know it's marked that way but that means the drive through window is on the passenger side of my car making a handoff impossible without physically getting out of the car and going around to the window, and it's 11pm in Middletown. So I go to the normal window of this completely empty rallys and they tell me to pick up my order I have to drive back around and go to the other window. So I do, and of course it's impossible to take the food without getting out of the car. To top it all off, wrong drink, wrong size fry, and missed item. I was so put off already by the interaction I just left.
Tasted like rallys though, so it was perfectly edible but not spectacular.

This is the second time I’ve gotten Rally’s in 5 years. We waited 20 minutes in line for a 2 person order. Got the wrong order entirely. Had to bring it back to the store. We were told that the other customer from the mix up had arrived back with our food. She handed us the bag straight from the other car and took our bag of food, gave it to the other car. This is vile. I definitely will not be visiting again after this. Please educate your employees about food safety. I wasted $23 because I have no idea what happened to this food while the customer had it. Neither do any of the Rally employees.
I ordered doordash tonight and whoever packed my order didn't give me a side of large fries, no marinara sauce, and I didn't receive any napkins.

Do not come to this rallies unless you wanna pay money for messed up food they messed up mine and my wife’s order a couple days ago somebody had give us a code. I give them the code and they said that that’s the store number. What kind of code is that then if they are just gonna use that that’s the store number worst service I’ve ever had even told me to come up and get the replacement items. I drove there waste of the time for them to tell me that the number that they gave me was the store number Worst store ever

Arrived at 6:58pm. Placed order 7:07pm. At window 7:13pm handed food 7:17pm. At speaker you can't hear the person you just know she whisper something. When I got to the window I paid and got my Coke and they put no ice in it and the Coke was flat. The girl at the window just talked to the girl with blue gloves on picking at her nose. The nose picker watch a guy make frys and make sandwiches and just stood there with a bag in here other hand with a blue glove on it. Not sure who was the manager but the two girls need fired because they management is very poor. The manager isn't teaching team work or good hygiene. Just because you have gloves on once you touch yourself or something dirty you should change them. The guy made good hot food with no help from the cashier and nose picker.
