We've spent tons of $ here! I've seen management change and employees over the last 40 yrs.The latest manager approximately 5 months ago was not appropriate for customer service! In all the yrs i have been doing business there! And a couple of the young ladies hired during the summer .Their training seem it didn't include customer service?Every position I've held is customers service first. And my first position was nurses aid care .The manager actually had mee not wanting to come back, for others follow how we lead! We did this evening and they were all VERY! Hospitable❣️ty!

This stores 2nd shift needs to be retrained I ordered $50 worth of food most came back correctly however some did not ordered 2 dbl They gave me singles ordered 2 pies gave me 1. Tried calling just to get hung up on, return to store to get corrected just to find out that they took my old sandwiches and just added cheese and a second patty didn’t even remake the sandwich same wrapper same toppings just removed bottom bun slapped a piece cheese on and a second burger then put all back together! What type service is that! Not service corporate or the owner wants to know about I’m sure! Overall experience was decent but common remake the sandwich’s fresh like should be!

I ordered today 2/18/24 4:13pm from rally's verity parkway Middletown Ohio 45042 employee Chrisda I ordered food got home and started to eat it found 9 staples in my food over half is left there could be more in the rest of sandwiches this could have been bad!!!!!! Rally's somebody needs to answer to this!!!
