Skyline is always good. The service was excellent at this location, and there was plenty of cheese on my coney. But I had to look under the cheese to make sure there was chili on it. There was a little but very skimpy. I'll stick with other locations in the future.

If I could give more then 5 I would everyone at this establishment is pleasant to be around especially the people working October 9th they all gave me great service and were great and fun to be around I’d recommend this place to everyone it’s a great experience
No matter which server we get we never have complaints. Whole staff is always friendly and welcomes us when we come in. Never have to wait, unless you're getting take-out because they don't have a drive thru, food comes out quick, refills without asking. We eat here almost weekly since moving to the area. Thank you for still caring about your customers!

OMG..... The time I had at this Skyline Chili!!! Definitely the place to eat. Nick and his team was absolutely amazing 🤩. It didn't have enough stars to rate a complete 💯. Even customers came in and said so and took a photo for me with the Crew!-LOL Just Amazing. You don't see this type of excellent managerial support & employee support anywhere in fast food places now-a- days...Very Impressive. Happy Birthday 🎂🎈 Nick. I KNOW your Father is Proud. Stop by today to get my kid some food and upon entering the restaurant the older tall bald guy PURPOSELY turned his back right in our face to not help us. I thought that was strange. Cool whatever. Lol No greetings upon entering NOTHING! Ok fine whatever. We stand patiently waiting, the older guy that was ignoring us was just standing up front by the counter talking to seated customers that were eating. The young guy standing by the food was looking over at the older guy waiting to see if the older guy would help us. He looked a little annoyed so he came over greeted us and took our order. The young guy was very kind, he doesn't know me or have to like me but he did his job, which was to take my order. You don't have to talk to me but I was only trying to get my food that's all. I do not know that old man and I did not understand the treatment. It did PISS me off because it was so unnecessary. I respect my elders so of course I did not say anything. But that man was NASTY! I will NEVER visit that location again or refer anyone. I will share my personal EXPERIENCE on EVERY platform!

The person that took my order was good, but it wasn't prepared the way I asked and I explained it was being delivered to NE Ohio. The other 2 employees were playing on their phones and making crude comments that the customers could clearly hear. Would not recommend this particular store to locals or tourists.
