Just had work in two bikes! Otto did a mobile appointment and took my bikes to his shop! He fixed them up! Tires; tune ups and a few other issues! I live in Middletown so I was thrilled. Great service and prices! Otto is a true professional! Definitely would recommend him!

Great mobile service, came first thing in the morning and had my bike operational inside of 10 minutes. Even showed me how to fix it myself in the future.
Granted it was just a stuck axle and a flat tire, but still, very helpful and only cost a few bucks.

HORRIBLE customer service. Otto was very rude towards me. He hung up on me for absolutely no reason at all. I could hear him sighing over the phone because I was asking too many questions about my bike. It just doesn't seem like he really enjoys working on bicycles. He could have at least acted like he cared..even just a little. Ide rather go somewhere else and spend extra money than to deal with this guy. Will NOT be going back.

such a nice shop and owner! Had a flat on my ebike, it was fixed in less than one day and very reasonable I thought! I tried to do myself but it was too complicated since it was the back wheel where all the main workings were. Highly recommend! Thank you for your prompt service!

I'd stopped in when the store was downtown Middletown but never used the repair service. Just got my bike back today from the new Hamilton shop (5 minutes from my home) and can't be more pleased with the service, the price, and just what a nice guy Otto is. Such a great new addition to downtown Hamilton!
