Great experience! Will definitely use Otto for any bike needs in the future. Came right to my house. I bought two new tires, I needed put on my Cannondale and he fixed my bent rim all for $30. Highly recommend using Otto! Bike rides like new again.
Loved the concierge service. they come to your house to get the bike (Or two in my case) take them for service and return them a few days later all ready to go.

Sent an email about a problem I was having with my bike and had a quick response, set up an appointment, Otto arrived saw my issue and had me fixed up in less than 20 minutes.
