Tried to go out to dinner. I was served rancid lemonade, and there was hair in my food. I immediately didnt want to eat there any more and asked for a refund.they told me I couldn't get a refund. They started to argue calling me a liar when the kid looked at the hair and tossed the food in the trash. Also called me a liar that the lemonade wasn't bad until I told him to drink it then he said he didnt know when the last time it was made. Which is disgusting...Just an awful experience all around. Don't eat here

Have been wanting to try this place since it opened. Finally got a chance to today and it was absolutely horrible! First off the person seating people was in sweatpants and slides, couldn’t hear him he talked so low, there was only 1 other table of people and they already had their food. The fried pickles were burnt, my “3 piece perch baskets with fries, coleslaw and hush puppies” was only a 2 piece fish. When asked for my coleslaw he brought me a cup of what looked like ranch. I said I just need my coleslaw he said that is coleslaw 🤔 weirdest looking coleslaw I’ve ever seen it was just sauce no cabbage or anything. The boneless wings were dry and overcooked. We tried to order several different drinks and they we “out of them” so ended up getting a glass of ice with coke poured from a can, We had no silverware nor was we asked if we needed any. The restaurant was dirty and the service was probably the worst I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Hopefully this isn’t the normal. The picture is what we were told is the coleslaw.

They opened a new restaurant and left one guy to run the Middletown restaurant took the freezer to Lebanon restaurant. Poor management. Had no ice cream at Middletown restaurant with a menu with half of it is ice cream fries burnt

Romeo our server was very knowledgeable and friendly! The wife and myself were not really hungry but wanted a snack. We chose the two cheeseburger deal with fresh fries! It was amazing, ask for the special sauce on the side and dip those amazing fries in them! Wow, the buttery toasted bun was epic! That burger meal was only 12 dollars and was worth it! Love it, best diner style with crispy edges and super juicy to boot.

I was kinda skeptical about this place but I figured I would try this place , um no only 3 things to drink, the counter guy was DRY and the food... noooo no patty on my burger I think my son had chopped up cat food in his gyro, never again
You def will be starvin by the time Marvin delivers on the food. 😬 Definitely a bit of a wait but i think they’re doing their best! You will love the food! ❤️ i suggest ordering drinks and apps like ASAP! He has a unique menu to say the least. Lol I thought to myself, “ Do they cook like this at their home?”. Interesting choices. Very tasty. I hope this place does well.

I went here on a Friday night around 1:30am because i’d just got off work at my own sports bar. I was aware that they had a late night bar crowd but not aware that they had security to pat you down and music blaring over speaking volume. Still, this is not surprising for Middletown’s late night crowd so it did not turn me away. My problems began with the heavy set woman with a fringey bob who took my order & directed me to a menu that later was referenced by herself to be not accurate. Prices were then higher. Then, though I specified naked wings several times because I do not eat breaded, wings were ready much later and breaded. Still, me being a server myself I understand miscommunication and common errors, I notified the woman of the mistake to which she obliviously disregarded until I grabbed her attention a second time. The woman only then responded “you did not say that”, despite my surety that I stated it at least 3-4 times because it was of great priority to me and she did not repeat my order back so I wanted to make sure that she heard me say naked (the menu says “naked available upon request”). That was my issue. When a customer addresses a concern respectfully, you do not blame the customer or disregard them. The obvious response should have been, “Sorry, maybe I didn’t hear you over the loud music”. Luckily there were naked wings up and ready to which they quickly corrected, despite the attitude of the cashier/bartender/poor communicator’s response. The wings I received were small and consequently overpriced, but I was pleased with the flavor. Likely will not return, as I dare not even mention the interaction between the drunk security and myself as well. This is the first review of my life, hope that adds to the credibility.

My cousin and I went here for lunch on her birthday and it was PHENOMENAL! The food is always fresh to order the staff is super sweet and prices are very reasonable. We saw that they had karaoke and dollar wings on Wednesday so we went back that night and had a blast! They give you a free shot for singing and we had the pleasure of meeting the owner. Her name was Nikki or Nicole I feel awful I can't remember 😭 but she was so sweet and made sure we felt welcome, you can tell she loves what she does and takes a lot of pride in her establishment! Definitely will be returning to try other menu items but the burgers and Philly cheese steak egg rolls are a must!
