Highly impressed! Food came out quick and it was delicious! We had burgers, fries, onion rings, and shakes! Staff was so friendly and helpful! Restaurant was clean. We will be back!

Ordered a Frisco melt with no Frisco sauce. Got home. There was Frisco sauce on the sandwich and someone put a used dirty, greasy vynl glove in the bag. When I went back to get the sandwich replaced. The lady that I spoke to was very rude and confrontational. She acted like it was my fault they messed up and mocked me to the other employees. This place used to be a good restaurant. Since it reopened. The drive thru takes forever, the place is dirty as hell, and they employees are some of the rudest people I've ever met. Management needs to hire friendly faces that are not gonna drive the customers away. Mistake 'n Shake

DoorDash pickup it said it was ready. I get there and the food sat I guess. The food was cold, missing items, item not made right, incorrect everything except the milkshakes and cheese sauce. Come on now just ridiculous. There was only one group there was not busy. They shouldn’t be open at this point were issues last few times won’t be going anymore.

Worst steak burger I have ever had.. I ordered with ketchup, mayo,onion and get it and it was the dryest bun with just a dab of condiments and 2 huge quarter inch thick rings of onion. I was let down because I love S&S and rarely eat fast food. The milkshake was A+ though and window lady was friendly enough.
