The revamp of steak n shake leaves much to be desired. With a substantial decrease of menu items, they no longer offer what I went for. If you're looking for the steakburger with the egg and cheese, don't go. I left hungry to go somewhere else. Will not go back.

Food was good. Employees aren’t terrible enthusiastic but I didn’t have any issues. My only problem was the cleanliness. The tables were not clean and the floor was a weird slipperiness. Overall not a terrible experience. Just some room for improvement.

The new tallow is absolutely delicious I've always liked the fries but now even better, store is usually not the cleanest that's for sure but food is good as long as you get burger and fries. Service is usually really good as well very nice helping staff.

I got a butter burger in the box literally was so full of grease. It would kill you to eat. That chili was horrible. I don’t know what’s happened to steak ‘n Shake.
