We just left this restaurant after standing in the lobby without being greeted whatsoever for probably 5+ minutes. After being seated, we waited 20 minutes without anyone even taking a drink order or even saying anything to us at all. Don't waste your time.
This was hands down the best service I've received in a very long time and the first time ever from any Steak N Shake location. The waitress was incredibly friendly and fast and absolutely kicked ass and you could tell she genuinely cared. The food was good and fresh too! I'm not sure if the temporary shutdown of this location had anything to do with the change, but I sincerely hope they keep up the great work here!
