Used to be my favorite place to order subway from until I lost my favorite worker riko , I've seen multiple people making sandwiches while high off something, they touch their face or hair with gloves on and don't change into new gloves ,overall the entire staff changed in a week and it's not the same anymore

My Sub Artist Rico was amazing he remembered what I ordered last time and he has only built my sub one other visit. Rico was very nice and washed hands before and after and after my cash transaction. Definitely management material with just a little grooming on technical business practices. Thank You for a great dinner

The place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The place is disgusting, awfully managed, and sickening. Multiple times I've gone in now, gloves are never switched after touching certain items before touching food, like the phone, money, etc. Workers are always sick and sniffling over food.
This place desperately needs a health inspector.

Came in for an order and the lady answered the phone with her gloves on and STILL prepared my food after without changing her gloves. Disgusting.

This place is an absolute train wreck. Today was the last time for me. Atleast employees there, only 1 working. The other 3 were in the back being loud, yelling food fight, and having play time while the place filled up with people. I'm sure the owner would be shocked to see what's going on in there.

Have had some good subs from this location, stopped in for Veterans Day and was told this location offers no deals for veterans even on Veterans Day. Since the option is up to each location on what they offer this way, I will find another subway location that honors veterans to spend my money at.

I went to the store at verity parkway in middletown. I had to use the restroom to wash my hands then I came back to place my order. They seen me standing there and never came to help take my order until another couple came in, then the guy asked the couple what would they like and the girl asked me what I wanted which was fine. I asked for the boss. Which comes with provolone. She didn't tell me they were out of provolone or I wouldn't of gotten that sandwich. I didn't want American or ghost pepper cheese on it because that ruins the meatball sub so I let her know that I didn't want it if they didn't have provolone I even asked for mozzarella she said that was discontinued. So she goes and offers the couple behind me for the sandwich instead of asking me what I wanted. At this point I'm upset I stood there for 10 minutes for them to come to make I order. I told the girl that she should be giving me a discount for making me wait. She said they didn't know I was there since I went to the restroom. But she knew I was in the building and they seen me standing there waiting I even went to register so they could see me. She then said well we were closed anyway. Which they weren't closed when I was got there or I wouldn't of been in store. At this time I was fed in with her rudeness and told her I will go somewhere else. She then asked the couple behind me if they would like another sandwich as she laughed about it. I will never go to this store again and glad I did leave because the ingredients wasn't fit to eat. I eat at subway a lot but after this experience and how rude the girl was has left a bad taste in my mouth. I have worked with public for 38 years and no matter what I would never treat my customers how she was. And I have some rude customers but still took great care of them. This store north verity parkway middletown Ohio 45042. I didn't get the girls name. It is Friday night at 9:45!

I never get on to review negative but this is to bad not to warn people. I got a Flatbread 6inch with turkey, bacon, Cucumbers and black olives. Somehow there is only a slice of turkey and a peice of bacon. Thats it. Absolutely horrible service. Like they didn't want to even be there.

I’ve learned one thing about a lot of restaurants in Middletown. 90% of the people are rude and you’re always waiting you can go to the Applebee’s or you can go to any big restaurant and make it in and eat and get your food before you would at a fast food around here but my problem with SUBWAY® it’s just the rude people and The way they make you feel for picking up a mobile order is just ridiculous. They shouldn’t let you place a mobile order if they don’t like dealing with them. I don’t think I’ll ever eat inside at Subway. I don’t think I would ever order from the SUBWAY® again stay away from verity got better luck on Roosevelt.
