Place an online order at 7:25 and arrived at 7:40 and was told the order wasn't ready. No problem, one other person in line with two people at the sandwhich making station. Was told they start making my order immediately, then proceeded to wait 20 minutes as other people who came in later without an online order was served first. Was told that they were sorry multiple times but I mean that means nothing when just blatantly being lied to. Worst part is I can't even get my money back due to ordering it online. Just order at Briele, only clowns at this location

It's Subway. You know what to expect. The staff here however makes it better. I've ordered the same thing for years. Corporate Subway recently made changes. The staff knew how to give me what I want without changing it and did the extra work to make me happy.

This Subway has the RUDEST workers EVER!! I am a doordasher and have seen them drop things on the floor and pick them up and still put it right on the sandwiches. Bags have even had nasty receipts with black shoe prints stapled to the bags. You can't even speak to a manager at this location!! Something is NOT RIGHT!! HEALTH DEPARTMENT SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO GET INVOLVED ASAP!! ? ??

Had this lady working by herself with someone in the back and 8 people in line waited over 40 minutes for 2 subs then the lady had the nerve to say can you calm your kids down. 40 minutes with a 5 and 7 year old you tell me. Place was a mess. And rude service definitely will not be back to this

This is my second time coming into this smokingThis is my second time coming into this location this week.. Once was there in the evening once was in the afternoon and both times I had excellent service, Super friendly staff, The store was clean and inviting. I will definitely continue to grab lunch here

I haven't had Subway in years, but wasn't feeling well and just wanted some bread and substance in my stomach. What I got, was a sandwich LOADED in onions, and not toasted as I requested. Quality should not be sacrificed when you're not able to be standing in front of the counter watching your order be made. It should be made the same way, whether you're there in person or not. It's so frustrating that all of these places slack on delivery and pick up orders. It's just not acceptable.
