First time eating at this Subway in about 5 years maybe longer. I haven't eaten much fast food in the last 5 years because I get ebt so there's no point. But also because prices go up and quality goes down.

I got a sub to go by ordering online and picked it up at 11:20 AM 12-18-24. Employees were nice and my food was made in a timely manner although it wasn't finished in the 5-6 minutes it took me to get there, I had to watch them make it.

The food tasted good going down but I found out the hard way that it wasn't good going out. Also I haven't eaten anything else for about 24 hours. About 5-6 hours later, as I am typing this, I have had to poop 3 times in the last 2 hours and my anus is burning but not quite a "burning love".

I recommend trying a different Subway or just staying away from fast food in general. It feels like a fire bomb went off on my ass.

Just picked up my order after ordering online for pickup. I was standing in the store as they were finishing with the order. I requested for the order to be cut into threes seeing I work in a prison and don't always have a lot of time to eat a meal all at once and that way I could keep it refrigerated if I didn't finish. It states it on the paper as well as I said it twice out loud in the store and still was ignored and was cut in half. So I was already annoyed with that. I also asked for extra napkins which was also on the paper and was just pointed to the napkins stand and said "they're over there." I don't understand the point of why what I asked for on my online order was bluntly ignored. Zay was the workers name. To me that's poor customer service and lack of attention. I worked in restaurants for years and just blows my mind on how the lack of customer service is anymore. Probably will go to north verity or towne subway from now on. It wasn't even that busy either.

Ordered online, pickup at 5:35 pm, order not ready till 6:15. I will never never ever step foot in Subway again, if hadn't already paid would have left. Beware they don't work on or complete online orders, if there's anyone in line at store!

I haven't been to a Subway in a very long time because the quality had gone down, but when my niece wanted to go here I ended up being really impressed and more than satisfied. I forgot to take pictures but our footlong sandwiches were delicious, fresh ingredients, and good portions. I'm not sure why so many low reviews but maybe it depends who's working that day. Also we did take-out but ordered it in the store which is probably the better way to do it as you can correct mistakes because you are watching them make it.

Every single time I order from here, my food is a mess. Either you don't get your chips or your drink, or your sandwich is just wrong. I ordered and paid $10 for the BMT just to receive bread, pepperoni, and three slices of salami. No 2x cheese, no ham, and the outside of it was absolutely covered in mayo. You'll always receive a sorry excuse of a sandwich from here whether it's cold, has barely any filling, or is just the opposite of what you ordered.
