Worst experience ever.
I’m an autistic individual and thought the whole experience was overwhelming to the point of crying.
Neither of the employees could speak English well enough for me to understand what they were telling me, and or I just couldn’t understand them even though I do interact with other languages regularly. I wasn’t able to get my sandwich the way I wanted it, and it was burnt. Will not be going back.
P.s. the sandwich was good after all, the experience was not.

They make your meal with pride and serve with intent to satisfy. The store is clean. The ingredients are well prepped. The bread was nice and soft. A well run location.

Some of the rude people my wife has come across when we stop to pick an online order up. Plus at the time they were not busy and had 2 people working at the time.

Chesley and Khaere (don't know if i spelled names right sorry) but I've been to numerous subways, and needless to say This visit on
Breil in Middletown on this day hands down has beat ANY that I've been to. The service.... EXCELLENT food prepared and done correctly....EXCELLENT and EXCELLENT team work totally SATISFIED. THESE TWO DID THAT THANK YOU!!!!

The most un-fresh Subway in the area. Ingredients seem old every single time.
Not a great atmosphere. Workers tend to yell at each other in their language. It also doesn’t seem hygienic either. A worker sneezed openly all over a food display. Kept working. Did not replace contaminated food. Did not disinfect area. Also have seen the older man worker be barefoot as he’s drinking canned beer and yelling at his workers.

Food was good, bread was fresh
Lady is always in her phone or yelling across the store to another worker. She isn’t very nice and never makes our sandwich right; probably because instead of listening to her customers she’s on the phone! She always seems to have a bitter attitude about working. Sub is hard and doesn’t give extra meat when paid for.

This place is not honoring the current Subway Coupons (distributed by mail). At least the toppings looked fresh.

Is not the best one I have visit and I have visit a lot I do this quite a bit I go to restaurants and I give him feedback on how it was in this one the food wasn't that good the service was pretty good and the es vivir was it was awful ? I would not recommend going
Wheelchair accessibility: I was able to get in and out in my wheelchair comfortably without feeling uncomfortable
