I had previously made a review 4 weeks ago about the same problem, September 15th at 9:13pm I went to the drive thru order a Lux box and a burrito. I add adjustments and like always they never get it right. No tomatoes no lettuce. And they always seem to LOAD it when I request it off. My burrito was also LOADED with extra beef when I asked for easy. The girl was nice not rude, no rush. But they always mess up my order without hesitation.

I placed an order online, I recently got a free taco coupon because the employee cussed in front of me at the window, so I used the coupon on a mobile order, and when I got there they said they didn't get my order after showing them confirmation for the right location, they still refused to make my order, thoroughly upset about my 6 dollars spent, however will still be coming back, because it's cheap, and sort of good sometimes

Waited 30 mins in line to receive my food. I ordered the new street chalupas and there was only two tiny pieces of steak on each one. This is unacceptable and down right laziness.

August 17th at 7:44pm we went to the drive through, the women taking my order was so rushy and rude when making adjustments to our luxe box. I repeated my order 3x. Once I went to the window she grabbed the card aggressively and her tone was agitated when she gave me my drink she pushed it into my hand so rough and gave my card back rudely. Our food was poorly made, our adjustments were not taken accurately. The burrito was insanely dry with barely any beans or meat, the chalupa had the smallest smudge of sour cream, also LOADED with tomatoes which was one of the adjustments I requested off. The recipe named Skylee F. They didn’t have a line nor were they busy inside either. Terrible service.
It was about 4:30 pm when I got there, placed my order via the app. It was VERY busy! A little wait until I got to the speaker, and a little longer to the window. The car in front of me and multiple cars behind me were asked to pull ahead to wait for our orders. Didn't have to wait too long considering how busy they were. The employee had a smile on her face and was very bubbly and pleasant when she brought me my food. It was naturally fresh, neatly made and delicious!! Very good job for a busy afternoon!!

I asked for two extra sauces which would be eight packets I received about 50 packets the food was cold hard the staff look like they were playing around I was traveling all day looking forward to a halfway decent Taco Bell experience and I got total shit good luck everybody
