If you can't make sure everything is in the luxe boxes before handing out, don't hand them out. Inform the customer you're missing items. I paid $26.00 for you to think it's funny not to care.

I wish to God I did not have to give them a one star but unfortunately that’s the only option that they give you one in there around 6 o’clock tonight ordered $50 worth of food just one of the orders one of the combo meals I made a mistake on and ask them to switch it to something else I got called a Karen by a black girl working the window, then was talked about In my face talking poorly about me and don’t even know me did nothing wrong. All I did was order my food made a mistake on one of the orders ask them nicely to change it it’s clear these people don’t like to do their job they’re lazy and they expect people to come in there and spend the Hard earned money And act like they’re in control because they’re making someone’s food. I mean I’m just gonna go somewhere else next time. I will never be treated like that just to go in somewhere and have a meal. I don’t deserve to be treated that way and I’m not and what’s with this Karen stuff anyways the world is like zombies their followers they call each other Karen’s that’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard in my life you here once a Karen out 1 million peoples gotta say it now. They’re going around calling people Karen’s grow up act your age If you don’t wanna work and do your job, go home, somebody else needs a job and wants to work And be kind to their customers.

Happy with everything .but one thing I didn't like was I head some one say it was a boy transitioning to a girl I'm not happy about them using the same bathroom as my little girl and hair was not put up right it hair was hanging over the food when the we're making it besides that love this place

I ordered from DoorDash and ordered a luxe craving box and two orders of Fiesta potatoes, along with two pops. Both of my pops were wrong, them giving me two Mountain Dews instead of the two different pops I ordered. They didn't bother giving me my chips and cheese, and then put tomatoes on my tacos. I understand it gets busy, but it's not an excuse for bad service.

It's Taco Bell. I love the food but sometimes I get soggy broken crunchy tacos and when I get home and find that, I just get so let down. It's hit or miss all the time..
We ordered through Door Dash. We ordered 3 mexi melts, a grilled stuffed burrito meal and a Mexican pizza meal. The tacos in both meals were supposed to be supreme and they were all regular. I never got my Mexican pizza. So, we had to reorder it. Plus, the food was cold. What is with this Taco Bell? If they don't pay attention, and they hate their job that much, why not quit?
Great food nice and fresh. Not a fan or ordering with the tablet. Person to person interaction is important to me. Few tables messt but not too bad.Over all a great experience.
