There were super disrespectful. They send all their employees on break at once and only did one order at a time and waited till their order was done and out of the drive thru before letting another person order. When you did order the person that was taking your order was really disrespectful and snobby. they were disrespectful when we asked for the district managers number AND they proceeded to have attitude the whole time.

Don’t Door Dash this place, 3 times in a row they have screwed up our order, none of it was DD’s fault it was the incompetence of the workers to read and FILL the order and if you do expect no napkins, no plastic wear and definitely no sauces that were in the order you placed

My only complaint is their Mexican pizzas. I don’t know what they’re doing, but it has a very strong and nasty burn taste. It’s inedible and they’re not cheap.

Our tacos looked like they were made by someone blindfolded, dropped in the grease trap, then barely wrapped, and served. It’s pretty ridiculous. Do better Middletown!

It’s Me

So this morning, I go through the drive-through and I order my drink like I always do an unsweet tea, It tasted like it was mixed with Pepsi and tea regular tea. If you guys want customers to return, you need to at least make the drink correctly!

I've never saw employees move so slow when making food. I waited 15 minutes for an order that only had 3 items and I was the only customer waiting for the first half of the time. They need to raise their standards.

Yesterday my partner and I placed an online order and we dined inside. When we first got there, the chunky white guy at the register was rude. He said he was too busy to take orders and demanded we use the kiosk. My partner explained we already placed an order. We waited a while, no problem, then he finally gave us our food. This really kind colored gentleman on the food line called us back up and said the guy had given us an old dried out chalupa. He himself remade a fresh one for us. I got to the table and realized not only was the 5 layer missing some layers, the cheese sauce and the sour cream, it also didn’t have the items I added on. I just asked for a container of the missing toppings, it wasn’t a huge deal to me. The super kind colored gentleman went out of his way to make me a whole new one properly. He was absolutely wonderful. He made sure we had a great visit. The food he corrected was delicious. I’m wondering if he’s the manager? If not, he needs a promotion or a raise. I do have to say tho the white guy needs to have his attitude checked. He was rude to other customers that came in after us too.
