Be careful when biting into your food, I ordered this in September 26 it was online order and just wanted to share this because I found a long piece of hair in my food. My fiancé did contact the store. They said the manager will talk to us, but haven’t at all

Hole in the wall Rootbeer stand with some delicious burgers!
If I could give negative stars I would! Placed order online. Ordered a root beer float. Received a cup of root beer. Description clearly stated had ice cream. It did not. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger burger with ketchup only. Food brought to car and cheeseburger had onions on top bun along with a hair in the cheese and bacon. Husband took it back up to them and they brought me out a “fresh new burger” in under 3 minutes. My thumb print still in the top bun from checking it the first time and onions still on the top bun. Staff was just very rude and unconvinced by us having an order. Girl bringing food to the car literally playing with her hair the whole time. Probably not the best idea to play with hair while holding customers food!

Placed an online order. Ordered a root beer float only to get there and find out their ice cream machine is down. So paid full price for a cup of root beer. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with ketchup only. Came out with a hair in it. Husband took it back to them and they sent it back out in under 3 minutes to claim it was a “fresh new burger”. No it wasn’t. They just pulled whoever’s hair off and sent the same burger out. I could tell that my thumb print was still in the bun from checking it the first time around. Was very rude and as girl brought sandwich back to the car she was literally playing with her hair. Not the best idea to play with hair while serving food! Won’t be back!!! Horrible service. Horrible food!!

I had such a great experience at The Jug thanks to our server, Alex. From the moment she greeted us, she was warm, friendly, and made the whole meal more enjoyable. She even took the time to chat with me about her golden doodle, which instantly made the experience feel more personal and fun.
Alex recommended I try the Jug Boy burger, and wow—what an incredible choice! It was juicy, flavorful, and easily one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. Her suggestion really made the meal memorable, and I left already looking forward to coming back.
