I've been on a quest for the perfect slice, and I'm thrilled to report that Slice Pie in Middletown is a strong contender for the crown.

And then, there are the garlic knots. I cannot stress this enough: The garlic knots are absolutely phenomenal and a non-negotiable, must-get item. They're baked to a soft, golden perfection. They arrive warm and fragrant, and you'll find yourself reaching for one after another. Seriously, don't leave without trying them.

The Slice is such a gem in Middletown. This is a throwback, truly authentic mom and pop pizza place. No frills, just authentic, really good food run by really good people. Pickle Pie is my favorite slice and do not skip the garlic knots. Highly recommend stopping in here anytime you are in Middletown.

Our entire baseball team flooded The Slice Pie on a lazy Sunday afternoon between games and the waitress took care of us promptly and with a smile. Food was excellent; wings, cheese bread, pizza, and salads. Gave our players full run of a side room that probably wouldn't be open at that time of day, was a real nice experience in Middletown, OH.
