I used to eat here a couple times a month. It was my favorite place! I can’t even tell it’s the same restaurant anymore. The eggs I once loved were inedible, pure salt. The cheeseburger was a hockey puck with a burnt bun. The Shepards pie was some sort of Italian concoction with severely undercooked veg. I’m heartbroken. Don’t waste your money
Waited an 80 minutes to get our food, simple sandwiches and a portobello burger. Had to go to the bar twice to retrieve our drinks. By the time we got our food, the dining room was empty of patrons. And yes, we had reservations.
On Monday, June 3rd. The Middletown’s Police Chief along with others from the FOPA held a friendly competition. They had nominated 9 local restaurants in our “Best Burger in Middletown” showdown.
