Had several to go orders here. Never had a good experience. Always had to wait, half the time no one even told us they were working on our food. Terrible communication, and order accuracy. Go to the Springboro location.

Convenient, but at this waffle house, they can find a way to turn a cost of 13.75 into over 20 bucks. ...too greasy for all that
We sat there for 20 minutes, after I cleared the high top because I felt bad. They didn't acknowledge us at all. We just wanted coffee. As a 30 yr chef, it was disgraceful. We left. All they did was talk.
They have really nice staff. The food is cooked to excellence. And the unit manager knows what he's doing. Very nice guy to work with. I suggest the protein bowl with chicken, onions, peppers and cheese with a little bit of gravy on top. They have some very nice servers and the cooks are decent too 😉
It's always been clean fast service friendly service and the food's good, I've only been there for breakfast lunch and dinner, I've never been there after 9:00 p.m.

Everything was great. Food was expected for price. But the cook got our order wrong 3 times and that was frustrating. Cant complain, service was great and food was good. But triple check the consistency.

Best WH location I've ever been to. Staff is friendly, food is always good and always fresh. It's the newest location in the area, but it's the only one I'll go to anymore.

It’s our family tradition to eat Waffle House the morning of Christmas, we’ve been doing this for almost a decade at this point. A lot of the same I’ve come to expect over the years; service is decent, food is alright, wait time isn’t too bad given it’s a holiday and this is one of the only places open. But this year we got something much more from our visit.
Shortly after walking in, we were greeted by the most adorable little girl who was smiling ear to ear with a Santa hat on. She asked us if we wanted a Christmas card (turns out, it was just a tiny note on some notebook paper; pictured). Of course we said yes. Then after, she asked us if that when we were done with our meal, if we had any leftover change she would gladly donate it to the Ronald McDonald charity on our behalf.
I can only imagine this girl was here because her mom was working a shift on Christmas. But for this little girl to be spending her Christmas in a crowded Waffle House and still able to have this radiant positive attitude, serving others, spreading joy and encompassing Christmas spirit, was just truly the highlight of my Christmas. Just as her card says, my Christmas was blessed, and it was because of her. Her mom has done a wonderful job raising such an amazing child. This Christmas has become one of my favorites and will remain with me for a long time.

Sat at table. No service for 5 mins. Ok. After ordering, 5 more minutes, brings sausage, 10 more minutes, nothing. No more food, no drink refill. Just sausage, got up and walked out.

Decided to come here since we were told it’s the “nicer” Waffle House compare to ones nearby and our server sounded so out of it. Shortly after getting our food our server (older lady sunken face with black hair) started an argument with the 20 years old worker over a ticket that wasn’t even hers. The night “supervisor” bigger older man showed no signs of being a “supervisor” but instead backed up the older server lady instead. That poor 20 year old who was at verge of tears just for the older server to mimic her and laugh about it. Real tacky. From the sounds of it that young worker is being teamed up on and that’s NOT OKAY. The “supervisor on shift” went as far as as telling the younger girl to not call the main supervisor with the issues she had. Do better.

I went in around 2:30 it wasn't that busy I sat down for 7 minutes and no one even asked me if I wanted coffee which is what I wanted one waitress was chatting about college or something with somebody else one was looking at their phone and the other I don't know what she was doing it would have been fine if somebody would at least asked me if I wanted coffee but after 7 minutes sitting there with them looking at me and not doing anything I just walked out
