The newer waffle house in Middletown rocks, no other way to put it. Far superior to the others in cities surrounding Middletown. Hats off to the owners and their staff. Not a single complaint to gibe here all 5 stars across the board in my opinion. Also you can download the wafflehouse app and have your food waiting for pickup and your right back out the door. So far we've ordered take out 3 or 4 times now aside from the many times we went and ate inside and hsbe never once...
Yesterday I ordered a steak ( MED) sadly it was well done and no flavor and rubbery, the eggs had egg shells in them and fried to hard the only thing that was good was the hash browns. I was totally disappointed, I will not be going back there.
Stopped by to eat a late afternoon breakfast today. Was greeted as soon as I walked in by the waitress, Zaria Moore. She was very polite and helpful for the whole experience, and as I ate, I watched her greet everyone at the door and give them great service as well. The food was great and it was out quick. The service was excellent. Highly recommend!
