This will the last I spend my money here. I ordered in the drive through and forgot ketchup. I parked to go inside and get some and saw every single staff member with loose hair. Not a single hair net insight. The women had loose ponytails with headband like covers over the edges and the males had hats with loose hair hanging down. Naturally when I got back to my car, I started combining my food for hair and just as I thought I found 2 hairs on my burger. Couldn't eat it and couldn't go anywhere else with no time left to get back to school. Had to throw my hard earned money in the trash and go back to school hungry. I'm so mad and so hungry that I'm going to make a Facebook post as well. Disgusting and unprofessional!

This is the second Time that I've been to this location and Both times my fries have been lukewarm at best and this last time I got a son of baconator and the sandwich was barely warm.

I definitely understand that business can't get slow sometimes, but it feels like there was just lack of effort in making sure that everything was fresh. Even if I would have been told it might take a minute for everything to come out fresh, I would have waited.

I absolutely will not be returning back to this location unless it's the last resort.

Usually just do drive through. Tried inside and it was slow. Quality is usually pretty consistent but sometimes the d team is on and yuck.

Their commercials say are food is always fresh that is a lie. Their Jr. Bacon taste like it has sat for hours. It was nasty. I threw it out.

Food is good, especially the fries. Most of time, they have low or no salt. Key for my diet. Prices beat McD's with the Biggy bags. Service is good,even when they busy.

Toot Toot

Never again. Tried calling but the employees are too busy talking to each other. Very specifically said no tomatoes due to an allergy & I received 4 burgers with tomatoes, after waiting 20 minutes in line, being the ONLY customer in line I was handed cold food, not even room temperature. Do better if your gonna take money from people

I'm just curious if the person getting door dash orders together at night can even read on two separate occasions I ordered there crispy chicken no lettuce add onions and cheese pretty simple one would think ...BUT... First one only had the onion and NO cheese this time NO CHEESE but added tomato ..... Cheese doesn't even look anything like a TOMATO ..??? I just don't get it I guess ??‍♂️

Came through once to get food, found out it was very poorly made. Upon calling they said they would remake for me. When I got to the store the gentleman that shouldn't even be working fast food without a hairnet on that long hair, was very passive aggressive with me when it's not that hard to just replace 2 biggie bags. He just wanted to replace the nuggets only. I work in the industry. Customer satisfaction is key. And I was not satisfied the first visit today and definitely not the second. It's a push of a button in the system. This is not how you have returning customers and even though your location is the closest to me, for now on I will be going further to get the right service. Very disappointed you guys. Do better. I didn't even want the nuggets at that point. I drove away.
