Pulled up to the line at the drive thru. Waited 13 mins until it was our turn. They were busy. No problem. Get to the window to pick it up, and waited another 10 to finally recieve our order, 3 biggie bags, nothing special. The food is hot and was cooked fresh. That's was a plus. We get 4 mins down the road, and I take a bite of my sandwich, Crspy chicken BLT. The bacon on this sandwich was not strips, or even fresh. It literally came from the bottom of a warming/holding area from breakfast. Looked like over cooked and covered in the white fat grease it was sitting in. I was not happy. You could taste the rancid grease. Someone had the nerve to put that on that fresh food. I called and the only thing they can do is offer me a new sandwich next time I come up. I don't understand why I'd take the chance on that, just to probably recieve the same non-fresh no-effort bacon. I'd rather have my money back. I'm over the whole experience now. It was not an option to give a refund. So I just wasted not only my time, but my money, my gas, my breath. Oh the topper. I called and someone answers the phone with 'hello'. ? I have been in the restaurant/hospitality game for 25 years, and was shook. I instantly asked him if this was Wendy's, he said yes. Where's your manager, he says I am. I said you always answer the phone that way? I'm cool on this place for a bit. The ONLY thing I MAY trust, is the frosty machine. They doing a more flavors now and that equals more hands so, on second thought...

Keep giving this place chances and every time they mess up through the drive thru, I asked for a son of baconator and I got a baconator with a pretzel bun that had no mayonnaise with dry ketchup that looked hours old, meat was burnt, fries were cold … done going to this one

This place is super clean, with friendly counter service - will be back with the family to dine in. One of our favorite chains for fresh cooked food that doesn’t break the bank. The chili used to be better, nowadays it’s a bland watery soup. Getting in and out of any restaurant on that stretch of Verity can be dicey, patience is key.
