This is what was ordered. Two large chili's, one hot sauce, extra crackers. Drove to window, AFTER we paid, was handed the bag and told, we don't have NO crackers. No sorry, no nothing, except we don't have NO crackers. After we arrived home, opened bag and this is what we found. Two chili's 3/4 full (not full), no crackers, no spoons, no hot sauce and no napkins. NOTHING was correct. Now what kind of Wendys manager would allow their store to run out of crackers. And what kind of person taking order would not tell customer, they were out of the very thing we wanted extra. Who do I blame, owner for not keeping an eye on his business and hiring a manager who doesn't keep an eye on employees and employees who could care less. These are two people who will never return.

I sat in the drive-thru for 10-15 minutes at the order screen. Someone said over the speaker that they would be with me in just a moment. I sat there for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Meanwhile, there were five cars behind me and no one in front of me. The woman behind me ended up pulling out of line. I ended up leaving too. I can understand if they are short-staffed, but no one should be waiting 10-15 minutes to get their order taken.

Grilled chicken overcooked tonthe point of tasting like metal, lettuce on burger was from the hard part that I had to take off becuase I could not chew it the burger was dry. They didnt give me the cup for my drink and I didn't ask for it and left because the person at the register seemed more interesting in getting back and chatting with the person at the drive window. I use to only go to Wendy's for fast food becuse as far as fast food it was above the others but I might as well go to McDonald's now. Won't go back.

One item i got was a very expensive frosty and the kid must get his pay reduced if he fills the cup. Seems like since prices doubled there is less fries in the box and less ice cream in the cup and cold drinks have fewer sips. I'm very disappointed
