My fries were very old, and so was the chicken on my Cobb salad. The chicken on the salad was so old it was hard. I've rarely gotten fresh food from this location no matter what time I come.

Never gonna be a fan of the generic fast food restaurant corporate style buildings they've all become, and not just Wendy's, but even stopped in at non rush hours and the food was fresh, so kudos

I just had the worst chili I’ve ever eaten in my life, hard beans🤷♂️ And the girl taking my money at the drive-through window was too busy talking to the other employees to even acknowledge what I was saying to her
Sent my wife to go through the drive thru for a refund because they forgot a sandwich to our order and they proceeded to deny that we had been there. They did not give us a receipt. We told them exactly what was on the order and still they denied us being there. The woman proceeded to cuss at my wife and then refused to refund or make the sandwich. Happy Sunday!

They are always nice, respectful, and they pay attention to my order because I am a picky eater so 99% of the time my food is made correctly. They make the best salads out of all the food places around Middletown. They have also been changing their 3rd frosty flavor every few months and they have all been amazing. I really like the Pineapple ? one they have right now and it smells amazing!
