YOUNG white Dude at the drive thru on 02/31/2020 around 8:15 pm must really hate his life. He takes my card and gives it back turns his back on me when I say thank you. When i told the girl who gave me my food she says ok then I'm sorry have a nice day but very sarcastically then slammed the window. I think she was mixed im not sure. Thats the Best way I could to describe her...sorry. These young people need more training. Not only that they gave me a junior fry with my meal instead of a small. Very bad experience. They need attitude adjustments.UpdateI give 1 star is for the female employee on the drive thru speaker 01/20/23 11:44 am. If extra rude was a person. She has a very bad attitude. Dont work with the public if you dont like people. Choose another career. She was very aggressive with her responses and wasn't helpful at all.

We found a two hairs in my husbands sandwhich as he was eating and immediately threw it away. The young lady up front was very nice. I just wish she had double checked my order, as all of my extra sauces were missing. I would recommend this location since this is my first negative experience but I will be checking my food from now on.

My husband and I had lunch at Wendy's on Briel Blvd yesterday. The service was great, the only complaint I have, is I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with no mayo, extra extra extra pickles and tomatoes and there idea of extra extra extra pickles was 5 measly pickle slices. I was hoping for like 20 slices or more. Come on Wendy's! MORE PICKLES PLEASE!

Constantly forgetting food either in person, or on a food ordering app… today we literally just got home from going through the take out window and sat down to eat and they charged us over $20 for 2 $5 biggie bags, and a medium chicken nugget meal and a $1 coupon book… and guess what… we got only the biggie bags and the drinks… nothing else… not even the coupon book they promised us… this constantly happens at this location…

Just drove thru to get Baconator and large fries. Fries were room temperature, sandwich was dry, bun was hard and obviously prepared at least 1/2 hour to an hour previous.
