I can’t believe this place is in business . The worst customer service. Takes your order at the menu then you get it the window and they ask what I want and punches it into there computer. Wow. Fire everyone and hire real employees. In line for 30 minutes with 2 cars in front of us. Just close your doors and open up something else. What a Waste of real estate.

Filthy,rude, irrelevant,and nasty staff! The manager named shonda rude and disrespectful talking bad about her customers then asking if she can touch their hair. Next time, wash your hands and watch your mouth because your negative energy will get a store shut down!

IT IS SO FREAKING COLD IN THERE! Do they not know it's 32 degrees outside.... why would I want to eat in 32 degrees inside? Turn on the heat for goodness sake. I'm going to the one in Franklin inside the gas station at least they turn on their heat!

The only problem we encountered was a number of security lighting burned out in parking lot and on building. As well as the front sign on building Castle is burned out.
When we entered we encountered standing water at the order counter on floor. There was Wet floor signs. Staff cited water leak.

Didn't know i got the wrong order till I got home. Called the store, they said ld have drive back to the store. Three times in 5 days they've mess up my order. Use to eat here 2 or 3 times a week! I'm done with white castle. I'd rather be hungry than give em another penny of my money. signed; Sill Hungry!
