It's a shame that we can never get a correct order from this location. Asked for extra marinara sauce, and extra tartar sauce. Received NONE. Ordered a cheesy 10 sack no pickles, but they definitely have pickles. All of our requests are literally printed on the receipt they gave us. This isn't the first time. I guess we will have to start driving a few extra miles to get our "crave".

Food, service was excellent as usual for white castle. The only negative is the place definitely could be cleaner. Store and restrooms were not in the best of shape during visit.

Food was great, service was great-Ben was our server and he did all he could to see that we had a good experience. Our food arrived quickly and was hot. We are wanting to go again soon and for Valentine's Day 2025.
Read the screen and communicate with the other workers. And maybe my food would be correct.Dietary restrictions: A lot people are vegetarian.

Everything was as expected, Beautiful, cheesey, greasy goodness!Lady at the window was extremely polite and talkative asked if I would like to add fries and a drink, asked if I needed spicy mustard or ketchup, declined all but nice to have a reminder in case I forgot!
