Cook your food properly. Our sausage was overcooked and hard to eat. Biscuits were cold and hard, brought without butter.
Have the staff that bring the food to carefully check the order. Bread wasn't what we ordered, and they didn't bring the fruit that was ordered.
Perhaps have the server repeat the order, and also be the one who brings the food to the table.
Our server was great. The person who brought the food messed up not once, not twice, but thrice.

My family of 7 walked in, waited 10 minutes before a hostess appeared, she immediately said "I'll be right back" and walked away. Returned 5 minutes later informed us there would be a 20 minute wait because they had 1 server. She could have informed us immediately instead of making us wait a good 15 minutes. So very, very disappointing.

You can’t go wrong with the farmers choice, sunshine skillet, and country biscuit. The bluebarry pancakes and Carmel mocha cold brew are delicious. Take-out orders are also handled with care. Overall, Bob Evans provides great food and service.
