“I needed something healthy and light and I know about TSC because we have them where i live - the customer service is BEYOND! I went one day and ordered the chia something smoothie- then decided to go again the next day (i actually went all but once while visiting Milford) anyway I jokingly said I’d have my usual-
But he remembered my order from the day before-including the add ins!
I believe the owner may have been serving me- exceptional team, clean store and friendly staff.
(Evening team could use some encouragement in welcoming the patrons upon arrival)

I enjoyed the chocolate smoothie (just sweet enough but definitely the healthiest chocolate smoothie I've had 😅) my little one a went the custom route with blueberries being the star since it's her favorite fruit for the week. She enjoyed the smoothie more than I thought she would, 100% helped that her mouth turned blue from all the fresh fruit in it 😂 she would drink more as ot faded lol“

“I have been hooked on 7Brew ☕️ since the Newport Kentucky location opened. I was so excited when they opened one on Beechmont Avenue because I live in that area. My drinks are always amazing except today, what I ordered did not match what I got in regards to the add-ons. If I wasn’t late for work I would’ve went back. I still give it a 10 out of 10 recommendation. And my opinion they are way better than the other coffee shops, with the taste of the drinks as well as the prices.“

Has vegetarian options.“

“The food and coffee has always been amazing especially for my celiac wife. Today there was a super small mixup on the order and they were so kind and on top of it. Remade the drinks fast and were just all around great.

“This review is LONG overdue, this location is the nicest. Cleanest and most consistent tropical smoothie cafe I've ever been to. They are quick to get your food and smoothies out, everything is always fresh and tastes great. The staff is always friendly and hard working! They have only messed up an order of mine once (out od the hundreds of times ive been here) and they quickly fixed my order with no hesitation. I 100% recommend this location“

Chips are kept in a warmer and were fresh, even late, food tasted amazing and I loved all of the unconventional options! I had to take off a star because of the pricing and lack of kids meal options. Kids only have an option of a cheese quesadilla or black bean and rice bowl (no protein), no tacos, and this is really unfortunate. If your child likes anything more than that, you'll be paying $12 for a regular size bowl or burrito that they will eat 1/3 of. I'd love to see different kids options and more reasonable pricing. We love the employees here though, they made our night!“

The staff have always been friendly. Tropical Smoothie has delicious & fulfilling smoothies that you will enjoy. I do like their food, but mostly every time I get a wrap it is filled with a bunch of lettuce and not much of anything else. I decided I will come here for smoothies and make the food part at home.“

Will and Evie made my first experience thee absolute best!! Will was the server on duty and was so polite from the moment he greeted me. We talked about December birthdays and how he understood the importance of separating our birthdays from Christmas because his brother has a December birthday as well. I had only came in for a smoothie but once I got to looking over the menu and he told me about a few things I quickly came back to order a bowl with my smoothie.
