Taco Bell's customer service is often commendable, but food portions can be somewhat small. On one occasion, the restaurant was understaffed, with only two workers handling drive-through and DoorDash orders. As a result, a group's order for a large family, placed inside on a kiosk before 7 pm, was not completed until shortly before closing time, around 8 pm. Despite the delay, the restaurant offered to refund the order. However, there was no indication that the drive-through had closed, causing cars to line up while staff finished the group's order.
