Hostess was very unfriendly, unaware of things that are going on in the establishment (selling of merchanise that was posted on the front door, convietlty sign was removed after our conversation). Secondly our waitress had no clue how large/small the special of Prime rib was, was told only the chef knows that! We asked for her to please ask the chef, that took her more than 15 mins. When she did return, she was very rude about it. we even asked if she was having a bad dad. We decided our party of 6 from out of town was not important to you so we gave our business to someone else. Please train your staff to be better and friendlier if you want people to stay.

My Husband's work family had their company dinner here Saturday evening. Our party consisted of 30-40 people. We all had an absolutely wonderful time. Our dinner came in a timely manner. Our server kept our drinks filled, the raw shrimp appetizer was phenomenal, our ribs and chicken was absolutely heavenly, and the lower level atmosphere was a total vibe.

Bags has really great food and the place itself is really unique! Great atmosphere and service. The only thing I would say could use attention is the portions of the sidewinders. I received 7 fries for $5. I will continue coming here but will not be ordering this item again. (Even though they are delicious!)

Great restaurant bar with industrial interior, excellent food and service. The main bar area is the coolest but when busy there are two other seating areas that are nice but separate from the main bar area. Service was excellent, friendly and attentive. Tons of food options as well as drinks, great place. Highly recommend.
I must say the boneless buffalo chicken really surprised me today. Incredibly fresh!

We had lunch here- brisket nachos and an appetizer sampler plate. The brisket pieces were the size of pencil erasers and the cheese was cold. The onion rings, shrimp etc were straight out of a freezer bag. They should be embarrassed serving food with such poor quality. Our booth was dark, dingy and freezing cold- not from AC either. Don’t waste your time here.
