First time there. our server was very nice and went above and beyond to make sure our visit was very enjoyable as for the pizza I've had better from a box was very disappointing but can't blame employees as corporate tells them how to make

This pizza was one of the worst ever. $23 for a medium, no problem…But, there was barely any toppings..I had to scrape 3 pieces to make one topping.

Was in Berlin for a work conference - we arrived around 7pm to the hotel and this was the only restaurant open until 9pm on a Monday. We arrived just before 8, we were the only people there.We ordered steak sub, cheese fries, side salad and mozzarella sticks. Nothing was good and three out of four came out wrong.Steak sub - asked for it without lettuce and tomatoes and it came out with both plus onions which I didn’t see on menu for this sandwich.Salad I asked for no peppers came with tomatoes which again wasn’t listed as an ingredient on the menu.Cheese fries without bacon - came with bacon. Fries tasted like old fries that they reheated.Yes he brought me a new salad but my coworker picked everything off sub, didn’t want to wait.Seems like the workers don’t know the menu. Was just about 3/4 teen boys working back there so we didn’t have high expectations and they didn’t disappoint.

Walked in around 7 pm There was 10 people walked in at same time. Very little choice of pizza or wings left. No fresh pizza was replaced on what was gone. No wings replaced. Left at 7:38 no supreme pizza, no meat lovers, no pepperoni or sausage no taco pizza. Was a first time visit..

Buffet was clean and well stocked. We asked, and they made pizza to order and placed it on the buffet and let us know it was there. Staff was attentive and friendly. Dining room was clean but very cold. We ate with our coats on. This in not the norm, just this time.

Our first visit to this chain establishment - entered an empty - devoid of customers building - walked up to the counter and WAITED while no less than 8 people stood around chatting including the manager. 2 people, the manager and a staff person were at the counter but failed for several minutes to even acknowledge us. Finally we were asked if we wanted to dine in and have the buffet. We thought sure, that would be quick and efficient easy. We Sat and then again waited an excessive amount of time (again we were the only 2 customers )- finally the girl who had been chatting on the phone at the window into the kitchen decided it was time to work. She walked out and said the pizza on the buffet has been out a few hours or more but if you want fresh you will have to ask and wait - she acted as if we were interrupting her evening. Well, of course we don't want food that has been setting out for hours. We just got up and left - Burger King isn't great but much better than this place. We counted nearly a dozen people just standing around chatting and yuking it up but NO ONE was working. Disgusting place, rude employees, and lazy people in an overstaffed store. Never again would we return and we certainly would never recommend!!Stay away, go elsewhere! I guess this place IS just like Chicago - rude, lazy, and poor quality.
