I used the drive-thru. Super friendly ladies at both windows. First lady was so quick to take my order, I thought that she would have been the fastest, but no, the lady at the second window handed me my food as I approached the window... my order was FAST, hot & fresh, and correct. I also had the 2 nicest ladies handling my order. You can't get any better than that! Thank you for lunch!

Every time the kids get slushies lately theyâre gross and separated. Used to be a favorite treat but we probably wonât be getting them anymore.
90% of the time Iâm always told to pull forward and wait 5-10 minutes for food that doesnât even taste decent. Nothing but problems all the time. Order a mcchicken⌠get a McDouble, order a coke, get a sprite. Order a sausage mc muffin, get a small fry. Not sure why but the wait times are always excessive and they push people out so fast to inflate their KPIs to show Corporate. Itâs crazy!

Everytime I come here I order a quarter pounder. And no matter how busy or how slow they are I'm always pulled forward and have an extremely long wait.

Iâm done with this McDonaldâs. Every single time my wife or I come to this McDonaldâs we are always told to pull up, and wait, even when they arenât busy, and the orders usually consist of a dbl qtr value meal, and a couple double cheese burgers. I used to work at a McDonaldâs when I was a kid, and I know that burgers are McDonaldâs main food item, everyone knows that. This McDonaldâs is locally owned, as I have seen the owner walk the local parade. They seem proud of their McDonaldâs, Iâm here to tell you that you suck running your store. The McDonaldâs in Coldwater is oddly the best McDonaldâs I have ever been too in my life. Yâall might wanna go over there and take note. They also have some of the biggest lines and they knock them out fast without pulling everyone up that isnât getting just a water. đ Iâm only ranting because my time is usually pretty valuable during the day, as you know most of us are pretty busy with our lives, family, kids, we donât always have time to wait for yâall to cook a burger. Gets old after so long, especially when you predict it every time. Letâs not forget this is a small town surrounded by small towns that donât have much. đ¤ˇââď¸ the food is usually good though, Iâll give you that, but you lost me at wasting our time. And you are welcome in advance for this review.
