I used the drive-thru. Super friendly ladies at both windows. First lady was so quick to take my order, I thought that she would have been the fastest, but no, the lady at the second window handed me my food as I approached the window... my order was FAST, hot & fresh, and correct. I also had the 2 nicest ladies handling my order. You can't get any better than that! Thank you for lunch!
Management is very poorly trained in customer service. Food is very poor most of the time, no matter what time to go. Missing some attention to detail and need to be trained properly. Sloppy made samwiches, etc.
The workers are very considerate! This one time, I left without my meal, and when I came back in, they asked if everything was okay. I told them it's no problem and I just forgot to pick up my food. They looked relieved to hear nothing was wrong. I won't forget that memory. :) I have fond memories of going there with my sisters when we have the night together. The restaurant looks very cozy at night and McDonald's is our go-to for low-light days like those.
