“The place is always decorated, they have been making constant improvements to their ordering system and customer appeal, the drinks themselves are wonderful and I love the customization you can have with them. It's a bit more expensive than somewhere like smoochies but it's absolutely worth it 🤍“

“Unfortunatelly they are very bad with their delivery orders, they don't prepare them when they received those orders but only if the pick up driver came and asked them to do so, which takes bunch of more time to make.

“First time coming here. We ordered a strawberry milky Boba, a Nutella smoochie...a banoffee crepe and 2 scoops of red velvet ice cream. They were all very very good. What is even better is thr customer service. I haven't seen such nice, pleasant, customer service in so long. These people clearly appreciate their business and want it around for a very long time. I highly recommend going to this place. I love that they cook the crepes and make everything right in front of you! Kids loved watching that too!“

“I recently went to the Milk Jar and it was my first time going. I found the entire experience to be pretty awesome. The ice cream was incredible, the process of watching it being made and rolled up also pretty cool. I feel the need to give a shout out to the young lady who was working solo and was getting slammed. Being the only employee there and serving 12 people at a time was both amazing and sad at the same time. “Best bingsu I've had in Cincinnati so far. the ice texture is perfect, and the drinks they make the ice from are awesome. The toppings are a bit generic/inauthentic but the ice is what really matters. Also convenient to get to from Jungle Jim's. The fruity ones (mango, watermelon) taste like they're made with real fruit. The Thai tea one is incredible.“

“First time having boba tea it was really good! But next time I will choose different pearls the tapioca boba in my opinion was on the chewy side and was expecting more of a bouncy bursting in my mouth instead but most definitely trying again“
