The one in Moraine is filthy, the person making the food had no idea what he was doing, the guy in the back was telling what goes in it as he was cooking something else. First trip, last trip.
This was the most on point Chipotle we’ve ever had and we got it delivered ….. It wasn’t missing a single thing . Keep up the great work !!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Go to another chipotle...during my visit they did not have any fajita veggies at 6:30pm when they close at 11:00pm. The portions did not hit the mark, the workers are slow, the food quality is terrible, the list goes on. Not sure how this place as stayed afloat as long as it has

Went on lunch break, pulled up my food was not ready I waited, got it “fresh” and it was cold, I ordered steak, did not receive steak I assume it was chicken or sofritas plant based meat. Out of the 6 total items I chose to put in my bowl I got 4 with 5 pieces of lettuce. Portion sizes have definitely changed. The bowls aren’t balanced out I feel it’s all rice anymore. Window service not professional poor customer service. $16 for rice, wrong meat, corn and sour cream

The smoked brisket was a bit dry.
I overheard an employee state it’s expensive so they keep it low, as in a small amount in the container. Perhaps the mindset is employees won’t scoop out more. The problem with that is it drys out fast being at the bottom in the pan and makes the experience not so hot

Who is the manager here? They obviously give zero care. Employees standing around doing literally nothing with a hand on their hip watching while one person. Repeat. One person. is getting slammed on the line making food for a Halloween special. A company wide special. You knew about this. Friggin staff up. Or show up yourself…?
This is the second time I’ve come to this location. It takes over 20 minutes to be served. Literally 1 person. Serving 26 people currently in line. Ope, there’s 27 and 28.

This place is nasty and dirty, and the people who work here don't care about the filth. I noticed it when I first pulled in the parking lot and saw trash cans overflowing with garbage, and the birds,insects, and cats were all feasting on the nastiness. I started not to go in, but I was hungry and decided to give it a try. It wasn't even lunch or rush hour, and things were a mess. I had to wait 10 minutes before they wiped the corn and such onto the floor from the steam and prep table and filled up the rice pans. So she finally came over to make my burrito while the other lazy guy just stood by the register just looking as the lined pilled up behind me. So I noticed a burnt nasty pan of what used to be fajita veggies. So, I assumed they ran out and just simply needed to make more, but she informed me that they ran out and that they didn't have any more fajita veggies. I was disgusted because why would you leave a dirty, nasty, burnt, and disgusting pan? Just put a clean pan there or a backup rice or something. And besides, fajita veggies are only peppers and onions. There are no shortages of peppers and onions, trust me. Walmart and kroger and meijer are all like within walking distance, so that tells me that they were just lazy and didn't want to prepare any more fajita veggies to make the customers happy and I find that ignorant and disrespectful. I left and went to Hot Head burritos, and they were so clean and everything was fully stocked and they had plenty of fresh FAJITA VEGGIES!!! Spend your money the way you want to. But, you deserve better. Chipotle does not care about making the customer happy. And this location is super dirty and filthy all the time.

Whoever runs this place really needs to examine their career choice. Insanely slow and disorganized and constantly out of food. I have never been there when they weren't out of at least 2 ingredients. Why is this so hard?

The food is fine. It’s what you would expect from chipotle, it is fine. The service is terrible. I think the problem is how big the location is. It is a remodeled Steak ‘n Shake, and the time it takes to get to one station to another is too long. The result is incredibly long wait times for no damn reason. I’ve been here multiple times now and it is no fluke, every time expect to wait 20 minutes for an order you already called in. It’s insane, QA needs to get to this store asap and fix their issues

Ordered online, got food within 5 min which was fine , staff was unprofessional workers were laughing caring on like they didn’t care while one person was on the line while the lobby was full off people waiting , checked my order before I left ordered 3 soft tacos chips and salsa and a burrito, I was given a bowl and my tortilla shell was wrapped up in a separate package , I’m confused am I supposed to make my own burrito when I get home or is the staff just that lazy , very unhappy and will not be coming back to chipotle

This chipotle is a disaster. First order from them included 7-8 long black hairs in my burrito. I started pulling them out of my mouth so often it started to feel like it was intentional. The next time we ordered from them we showed up and got the bag in the drive through, it was missing the chips but included the large queso. I go inside to get the chips and notice they also gave me a bowl instead of a burrito. They inform me they are out of chips, burrito wraps, pico, corn, lettuce, fajita veggies and cheese. Why they were even open is beyond me. They advised me they cannot refund mobile orders so I used the app which gave me 2 free entrees and 2 free chips and queso, which cant be used together and expire in 30 days. Seems unfair to require me to visit the store 4 more times to make up for getting an empty order. Their phone support staff was horrid and simply provided me 2 more coupons, so now I would need to eat chipotle 6 more times to use these coupons before they expire.
