This is the only Chipotle in the cities surrounding Dayton that always has great customer service! In addition, the carne asada is perfectly seasoned as well as the chicken. The food is always fresh and the atmosphere is always clean! Highly recommend.

Ordered a burrito and chips online. Picked up and got a bowl. They remade it into burrito with no cheese and the wrong rice. Chips tasted like someone put out their cigarettes in the oil. Extra star because they were nice and friendly even if everything else ended up being bad.
Update to remove the second star: burrito tasted funny and off but I didn't think much of it until that evening when I started to feel really really bad and then spent the next 36 hours with the squirts and nausea.

Second time I ordered on the app and paid for iced tea and was told they might not have it but they would give me lemonade. When I explained that I don't care for lemonade I was offered water from the fountain. I explained that I was not going to pay for water from the fountain at that point she offered to look and see if they had any tea. I won't be returning to this location. Poor service.
