Owner still sells orders after closing time. Must be a scam to keep money people won't fight for.
Ordered food around 730pm last night through the stores online ordering, got a order number and a pick up time @ 8pm. my husband goes to pick it up at 8pm and they are closed. today he called when they opened and they claimed “you get a refund online through the email” so when we tried it we could not find any online refund thing. so when we called back TWICE they let it ring until it couldn’t anymore. when my husband went to this store they were just rude and basically...read full review
A coworker went to pu her online order at the springboro location and was told they didn’t have it. When shown the confirmation on her phone , they just answered we don’t have it. Not once did they offer to make it then or offer any alternative. Very poor customer service I will think twice before going to that location Or any other if this behavior isn’t corrected. At that location.
