Went by today on my lunch break at 1:45 and was told “ sorry we are not serving food right now. I am training somebody and I don’t want to get far behind. We have coffee and donuts only sorry.” Wow - not sure how much money they may lose by selling no food during lunch.

I absolutely love ordering from Dunkin! I love seeing the staff and they are super nice and welcoming to their customers. Their food is super delicious, especially their pastries lol The coffee and the refreshers are delicious! I definitely recommend them!!!
I did some late grocery shopping at Kroger, so I thought I would get me a cup of coffee , I go thru the drive thru and nothing, I hear nothing, so I pull around to the window, and beep my horn, it says they close at 10:00 PM,And it’s 9:45 PM, the young man comes to the window and says , sorry we’re closed! What ???? Why???He said idk let me go ask, no never mind , all I want is a cup of coffee, oh we dumped it all already!If a business closes when they are slow, or the employees have something better to do, that business will loose the customers, and eventually close, then the small town has empty buildings that no one keeps up on, it’s cheaper and easier to keep your current customers happy and keep gaining more , than it is to get ALL new customers!

Asked for a half-sweet vanilla iced coffee, as I am working hard to cut back on my sugar intake. My friend ordered a regularly sweetened caramel frozen coffee. They took quite a while, and delivered us two drinks which tasted the exact same. Pretty sure they just gave me what was left of what my friend ordered ? the coffee was good, but I wasn't a huge fan of the customer service in that respect.

Today, I redeemed some of my points. I was able to get a free lg iced coffee and a free donut. The drive thru wasn't that bad of a wait this morning at 7:45 am. I also got my free Monday medium hot coffee, so I was awake on caffeine all day long.
Stood in line while they used front cash register to do drive thru as I stood there and waited 14 mins I said never mind and left what a waste of my time never again

I saw 4 people pull out of line because they couldn't get the line moving & they were tired of waiting for their order.The wait is long for a coffee shop.
