do they even have workers? pulled in and there was only 3 cars in the line waiting on the speaker. 25+ min go by and only the 3 cars moved and i sat at speaker for 10 min. i shouldn’t have to plan an hour stop for a 1 minute detour on my way to work in order to make it on time

Dunkin' is a welcoming spot with kind and smiling staff who provide great service, answering questions and catering to customers' needs. The staff is consistently happy and pleasant, even during busy times. Their food, especially pastries, is super delicious, and their coffee and refreshers are a hit. Customers have praised the staff for their helpfulness, especially when they go above and beyond, such as assisting with car troubles in the drive-thru. Overall, Dunkin' is a recommended spot for a great dining experience, where customers feel appreciated and valued.
