Taylor and Savanna were very sweet & knowledgeable. This was a great visit considering I came walking in at almost close. Normally get the stank eye whenever you go into a restaurant at close this visit was beyond my expectations. I appreciate the girls and the time that they took as I am not coffee drinker but decided I wanted some. They took their time and helped me come up with a great drink I will be returning. I just ant to take a moment to shout out the staff at the Mount Gilead location. No matter how busy they are they are always happy and pleasant! Today I had car troubles in the drive thru and two workers came out and asked if they could help me. When I got it started and pulled up to the window they made sure that I was good and even gave me some free donuts! The staff is amazing!
Today was NOT my day. I was late for court, had car problems, and everything seemed to be going wrong. But then, a sweet voice over the intercom made me smile with her quirky personality. Her name was ?????, and she’s one of the last of a rare breed: true customer service excellence. The higher-ups better keep an eye on her and keep her happy, because sooner or later counteroffers will be made for someone as good as her. She's a genuine asset.
