“My only issue is that I like to order iced coffee with extra cream and extra syrup, and it used to be perfect, but lately it hasn't been as sweet as I like. I'm going to try ordering extra extra next time. Also, this depends on which location I visit.“
“To be fair, I can't comment on the food given the circumstance. But the service and consideration of the staff and management was excellent and appreciated.
I had placed an order on the mobile app for pick up, but when we arrived the restaurant had randomly lost power. They were unable to fill my order or provide a refund at that time, but thought it would automatically refund to my card. When it didn't, I made a phone call and the staff were very understanding and accommodating. Even though it didn't involve a large amount, they went out of their way to mail me a gift card and a handwritten note. It was a nice personal touch and effort that I don't typically see at a fast food restaurant. I'll stop by again (hopefully with electricity and food) when I'm back in the area!“
