“This McDonald’s location in the suburbs is honestly in a great spot—easy to get to, plenty of parking, and overall a convenient stop when you’re on the go. The food is usually pretty solid for fast food: hot, fresh, and made the way you expect. No major complaints there.
That said, the staff could really use some improvement. Service can feel rushed, unfriendly, or disorganized at times, which definitely takes away from the experience. It’s not always terrible, but it’s inconsistent enough to notice.
Overall, I’m giving it 4 stars because the location and food make up for the service issues. If they stepped up their customer service,“
