To be fair, I can't comment on the food given the circumstance. But the service and consideration of the staff and management was excellent and appreciated.
I had placed an order on the mobile app for pick up, but when we arrived the restaurant had randomly lost power. They were unable to fill my order or provide a refund at that time, but thought it would automatically refund to my card. When it didn't, I made a phone call and the staff were very understanding and accommodating. Even though it didn't involve a large amount, they went out of their way to mail me a gift card and a handwritten note. It was a nice personal touch and effort that I don't typically see at a fast food restaurant. I'll stop by again (hopefully with electricity and food) when I'm back in the area!
Overall a great experience. Their food is typically fresh, they are pretty quick and efficient. My only complaint is that the professionalism needs a little bit more trained with the staff. Just basic greetings will go a long way. From not saying a basic greeting whenever people go up to your window. Rolling your eyes when the customer says "have a good day", rolling your eyes when you turn your back to other employees.
This has happened a couple times, which leads me to think this might be a work atmosphere issue rather than one or two employees.

Sweet tea tastes gross EVERY time I get it from here. Like dirt water. And they either forget my sauce or give me 1 for a 10 piece after I had to pull up and wait.
