Best Subway has great staff and the vegetables are fresh. They will make your subway the way you want and not complain. Highly recommend easy off and back on the highway

I had a complicated order (lots of meatball subs and pizzas). They warmed up more meatballs to make my subs because they were out. Other Subways I have been to will often just say, sorry, we are out of meatballs.

We arrived around 820. I looked at the door and it said open until 10 on Fridays. Online it states 9, but I did not look online. The woman working was very nice and trying her best to make the situation good. The short man with brown hair and facial hair was awful. He was in the back while she had 5 people including ourselves in line. He didn't bother at all to assist her but did come out to ask the last lady if she was getting a pretzel or churro. English was not her first language so he started yelling repeatedly that he just needed to know so he could do the dishes. Then, he snatched up the pans and he walked off saying this is America angerly loud enough for us all to hear. Still made not a single attempt to assist the lady. Just slamming doors walking in and out of the back room. He told a couple that they closed at 830 and locked the front door. It was very uncomfortable and he was extremely rude, racist and unprofessional. He needs to get control of himself. If you close at 830 you need to change your hours on the door and online. Your employee is taking his frustrations out on the customers and it's not a good look.
