Went there today around 4 pm order 2 for 6 deal curly fries and a large drink. Curly fries was ice cold my husband waited to tell them about it but no one was in front they was all in the back talking and laughing. When someone did come she said she fix us hot ones and bring it too us. Well 15 minutes passed we have already ate our sandwiches so my husband went to the counter and ask what was taking so long she told him she forgot. Overall, the restaurant is clean and provides typical Arby's quality, but improvements in food preparation and speed could enhance the experience further.
